FIELD: physics, measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measuring of deformation parametres of power units and constructions. The vibration inverter contains the case 1 with the piezoelement 3 anchored in it in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with the square warrant and with takeoff devices of a charge in the form of electrospending surfaces 4, anchored on its facets and electrically isolated from each other, conductors for charge pickup 7 and the dielectric substrate 5 on which the square basis 2 of piezoelements 3 which polar axis is perpendicular planes of its fastening to substrate 5 is mounted. Each electrospending surface 4 is in the form of a plate with acting on one of its legs for limits of a corresponding facet of a parallelepiped a lobe 6, made of the isotropic copper foil and anchored on the verge of a parallelepiped by means of a polymerised heat-convertible current-carrying material, thus on each pair of the adjacent plates lobes 6 are oriented on different edges of a parallelepiped, in each lobe 6 is executed a cut-through for fastening of a conductor for charge pickup 7, and the axis of each lobe 6 coincides with one of planes of symmetry of a corresponding plate 4.

EFFECT: possibility to output points of fastening of conductors to devices of charge pickup as the most expressed concentrators of voltages, for limits of charge pickup surfaces of a sensing device and to realise manufacturing techniques of details and installation of the piezo-packager using an industrial fashion that minimises heterogeneity and mechanical voltages on piezoelement facets.
