FIELD: physics; teaching.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special equipment for teaching technical subjects to university and college students, and more specifically for practical studying the fundamental law of hydrostatics, different types of pressure (vacuum pressure, excess pressure, atmospheric pressure), pressure measurement devices, as well as pressure measurement units. The automated instructional-laboratory system for determining hydraulic pressure with measurement and processing results in Lab View software includes two tables, one of which consists of horizontal and vertical surfaces, on the first which there is a water-pressure pipeline consisting of vertically placed glass liquid manometre, glass reservoir and horizontally placed tubular elements, beginning in a supply tank fitted under the table. At the bottom of the supply tank there is a drain tap. On the horizontal mounting surface there is a pump. On the section of the water-pressure pipeline there is a tap and a collector placed in series, which branch pipeline to a mechanical manometre, a pressure transducer and the bottom part of the vertical glass reservoir, in the top part of which there is a mechanical vacuum manometre, a pressure transducer and a tap for linking the system to the atmosphere. The liquid manometre for visual display of the level of the liquid column when creating vacuum conditions is fitted on the left of the glass reservoir and is connected to the glass reservoir by a tap and tubular elements. There is a ruler with a metric scale between the glass reservoir and the liquid manometre for measuring the height of the liquid column in the glass reservoir. A standalone supply tank is fitted on the horizontal surface of the table to supply liquid to the liquid manometre. On the vertical mounting surface of the first table there is a control system and a panel for taking and processing readings in a computer. On the two-pedestal table on the horizontal mounting surface there is a system of block of the computer, its monitor, speakers and a multilevel device made from analogue-to-digital converters (ADC) with Lab View software.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and quality of measuring all necessary parametres obtained using measurement sensors and on a virtual image of the laboratory bench and possibility of comparing them in automatic mode, as well as automation of measurement of all necessary parametres, obtaining necessary calculated given functional relationships and output on electronic and paper media used as a report.
