SUBSTANCE: invention relates to local medication in complex conservative therapy in treatment of inflammatory diseases of periodontium, in particular gingivitis and periodontitis, as well as in case of traumatic injuries of mucous membrane of oral cavity (thermal, mechanical). Claimed is medication for local treatment of diseases of periodontium and mucous membrane of oral cavity on gel base, containing glycerin and water, including lincomycin and metronidazole, which contains as gel base organosilicic glycerohydrogel S_i(C₃H₇O₃)₄·6C₃H₈O₃·24H₂O, and additionally lidocaine hydrochloride and dexamethasone with the following ratio of components, wt %: metronidazole 0.5-1.0 lincomycin 0.5-1.0 lidocaine hydrochloride 10% solution 5.0-7.0 dexamethasone, 0.4% solution 2.50-3.75 organosilicic glycerohydrogel the remaining part.

EFFECT: high treating effect, absence of toxicity and undesirable side effect, additional positive impact on organism due to including into base of essential element - silicon.
