FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed combined extracts (CE) from Andrographis paniculata (AP) with different quantitative ratio of components of andrographolide, 14-desoxyandrographolide, 14-desoxy-11,12-dehydroandrographolide and neoandrographolide b are used for inhibition of TNF α and IL-1β expression, and therefore, for treatment of such intestinal diseases as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
EFFECT: reduction of manifestations of syndrome of mucous membrane atrophy, commissures of large intestine with surrounding tissues and reduction of total death rate.
