FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: unbalanced-throw screen consists of inclined deck with sieves suspended on to the support, vibrator with vertical rotational axis eccentric weight rigidly coupled with aforesaid deck, drives, product loading/unloading appliances and air intake. Said eccentric weight is mounted along the deck lengthwise axis to allow the deck to vibrate free at centripetal acceleration of 17 to 18 m/s² and to displace from the deck center of gravity towards unbalanced-throw screen loading and locking side. Suspensions are made flexible. Suspension arranged on loading side is separated and has its ends fastened on to the support to allow adjusting ends' lengths with the help of drive. Suspension on unloading side is made solid to allow slipping in pulleys. Aforesaid deck has holes arranged along its lengthwise axis at the distance making 0.06 to 0.12 of deck length from the center of gravity towards unbalanced-throw screen loading side.
