FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: parts are conditioned and cooled in medium of inert gas. Parts are stacked on shelves of an open, not sealed device; further parts are thermo-treated in a pressure tight muffle furnace with a tank for cooling at excessive pressure; per cent contents of oxides in inert gas is decreased during heating, conditioning and cooling; for this purpose before loading the device with parts into a cooling tank the device with parts is covered with a protective case out of thin sheet steel; set of disks with holes out of thin sheet steel is attached to the base of the device; parts are unloaded from the cooling tank at temperature not above 200°C.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of part surface due to elimination of heat tints, also increased plasticity and viscosity of parts after heating.
