SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optoelectronic hardware. Proposed device incorporates daytime sighting-observing channel and thermovision channel, and daytime multiplier effect sighting-observing channel. The latter represents a TV channel that allows measurements in spectral band of 0.4 mcm to 0.95 mcm, while thermovision channel features multiplier effect and can operated in 3 mcm- to 5.5-mcm-range. Daytime sighting-observing channel features single-power operation, while thermovision channel comprises scanning motor-driven crank guide. Thermovision and daytime sighting-observing channel incorporate systems of lead prisms and lens, as well as matrix photo receivers arranged there behind, said photo receivers comprising electronic power supplies and TV signal generation and processing units. They comprise also video monitor to display observed objects, aiming reticules and telemetre scale.
