SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designing of navigation hardware and can be used to control induction motors of powered gyrostabilisers with variable kinetic moment in, for example orientation systems incorporates with artificial satellites. Proposed invention allows eliminating the used of master oscillator with program-variable frequency and frequency adder. Note here that set of claims of this invention allows providing sufficiently high stability of absolute slip, hence, motor rpm and moment.
