FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: principle of a monoaxial gyroscopic stabiliser is used with an angular velocity sensor as the inertial detecting element, operating in the programmed sweep mode. Digital double circuit feed-back is realised in that case. The processor of the feed-back circuit controls operation, as the engine of the stand, and as the measuring sensor of angular velocity - detecting element of the stand. The engine along the axis of rotation of the stand is a position sensor-non-contact type engine, on the principle of sine-cosine revolving transformer. Digital controls are based on use of a core of a control processor.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of controlling the scale coefficient of different types of spin-rate meters.
