FIELD: physics; computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coordinating digital information flow with a human perception system. In different implementations, support for several monitors (multi-monitor) is enhanced so as to utilise advantages for working with multiple windows and determine location of windows in order to separate elements of different tasks into information planes (which are based on the concept of "sorting and focus"). Sorting oversees flow of incoming information and determines the nature of this information. Based on the nature of the information and human perception principles, the focus (or defocus) displays information where it is displayed best.
EFFECT: increased transmission capacity of information available for sorting in a human perception system.
