SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Invention method provides for preparation of recipe components, extraction of Chinese magnolia by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, girasol cutting, drying it in microwave field at preset process parametres until residual moisture content is 20% and frying, roasting of barley grain and rye grain, mixing of girasol, barley grain and rye grain in mass ratio of 2:2:1, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain new flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
