SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of recipe components. Nutmeg is extracted by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Chicory is cut, dried in microwave field at preset process parametres and roasted, barley grain and rye grain are roasted. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. Pressure is released till atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and cryomilling of it in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: production of instant powder of flavoured coffee drink according to a nonwaste technology.
