SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, extraction of nutmeg by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, chicory cutting, drying it in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, roasting of barley grain, oats and rye grain, mixing of chicory, barley grain, oats and rye grain, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain new flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
