FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: cavitation capacity of fluid is improved with implementing this system for liquid medium processing. The ultrasonic oscillating system of process allocation consists of a converter, of an oscillations transformer and of an emitting device. Also it consists of at least two transformers amplifying elastic oscillations and of length multiple λ/2, where λ - is length of lengthwise wave in material of a wave guide; notably, at least the transformer of the second step is made out of titanium alloy with sub-micro-crystal structure and is made as a cylinder rod stepped along lengthwise axis with a cavity located coaxially to the rod and decreasing area of its outlet cross section; further, the system includes the emitting device made out of titanium alloy of sub-micro-crystal structure.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and specific acoustic power.
