FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: shears consist of fixed low knife secured on plate and travelling upper knife tied with handle installed in case. The upper knife operates by guillotine mode with a cutting edge inclined at φ angle; the knife is arranged in a holder and connected to the handle. The handle has a cam pivotally secured in the case via a roller positioned on an axle in the holder. Also the shears are equipped with return springs connected with the case from above, and with the holder from beneath for returning the latter into an initial upper position.

EFFECT: expanded functionality of shears at metal cutting.
