FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glazing of whatever vehicles, for example, buses, trams and trains, mainly, low-speed trains. Rotary window for surface vehicles comprises fixed glazing panel with a hole, moving glazing panel, link mechanism attached to aforesaid moving glazing panel. Moving glazing panel moves as-hinged between closed position, whereat it stays in hole, and open position. Mechanism to shift aforesaid moving panel towards closed position comprises, at least, one elongated spring running, in fact, at right angle to rotational axis of moving glazing panel with respect to fixed glazing panel.
EFFECT: ease of use and replacement.
