SUBSTANCE: proposed complex comprises vehicle (1) with its body accommodating gantry (2) and primary container (3) with compartments designed to house smaller cellular containers (4) with compartments. Note that jib features T-like shape, while winch is rigidly coupled with hydraulic cylinder casing (6). Links with holes to fasten container are symmetrically arranged atop the primary container. Cellular container rods are furnished with compensators to take up and damp shock loads, as well as to compensate clearances.
