FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining industry, and namely to devices for removing a drilling bit from a rod. Drilling bit removing device includes the main and additional yoke with jaws of various length intended for the drill rod and with inclined surfaces interacting between each other, and a spacer installed in the slot of the main yoke and interacting with an inclined edge of the additional yoke for its being moved in the plane perpendicular to the crown axis. Peculiar feature of the device is that the spacer is made in the form of a pin with conical and threaded sections, and the main yoke is equipped with centraliser with a threaded channel located coaxially to the slot made in the form of a cylinder; at that, threaded channel of centraliser and threaded section of the pin comprise a screw drive for the spacer.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of the device and reducing threat of accidents during its operation.
