FIELD: physics, nuclear.
SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for use as biological protection from radiation in bilge areas of the nuclear power unit of a ship. The cladding contains biological protection plates having a mutually corresponding profile of face and side walls and closing fastening elements. In each biological protection plate there are end-to-end openings whose diametre varies stepwise inside the plates. The smaller diametre is on the side of the mounting surface, and the fastening element conforms to the configuration of the openings of the biological protection plate of the required thickness.
EFFECT: invention simplifies assembling and dismantling biological protection on the surface with complex configuration crowded conditions.
