SUBSTANCE: application: invention is related to primary sources of power. Device consists of two elastic chambers separated with a partition, where channel is arranged, inside of which there is an electric generator arranged as synchronous with excitation from permanent magnet, with working wheel having a shape of propeller with several, at least three, bent blades, and also blades, unit of rectifier and accumulator and universal plug-in socket for connection of load.
EFFECT: improved efficiency ratio and reliability, increased extent of automation and convenience of operation.
