SUBSTANCE: unit comprises electrical equipment and hardware. Electrical equipment includes electric generator, wires connecting generator, rectifier, accumulator and plug-hole. Hardware includes three-stage intensifier, one end of which is connected to electric generator and the other one - to rotator that is filament passing through assemblies of belt. One end of this filament is rigid and the other one is winded around spring-loaded wheel combined with first wheel of three-stage intensifier.
