FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to production of construction materials. Proposed method comprises painting only outer side of bricks with the help of chute arranged at the angle smaller than 45 degrees to the surface of filled mix and painting during brick forming. Proposed device comprises paint (colour mix) vessel with chute arranged at the angle smaller than 45 degrees to the surface of filled uncoloured silicate mix, along the direction of turret press revolution. Note that said chute is mounted on said press between the zone of silicate mix filling into molds and pressing zone.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of paint, automated process.
