FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves pressing non-colored mass formed as granulate of basic composition; coloring said mass by adding into mass under pressing process of granulate colored in one or several colors, with intensity and nature of coloring of said pressed composition being controlled by regulating amount of colored granulate introduced into mass. Colored granulate is volumetrically colored granulate or surface colored granulate or colored micropellets , i.e., nonpareil.
EFFECT: wider range of coloring forms or textures of solid compositions and minimized amount of colorants consumed.
