FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: publisher of digital rights issues digital rights signed in the form of elementary units, but not as an integral whole. Instead of issuing right of triple reproduction of content unit, provider issues, for instance three rights of single content reproduction in a specific AD, two of which may be transmitted to other domains. Digital rights are individually protected by signatures, and it is impossible to forge them. In one of the versions rights, which may be transmitted, are designated and stored in protected form for prevention of forgery. In process of right transfer it should be signed by individual, which has received it first.
EFFECT: invention provides for application and renewal of user rights without destruction of digital signature.
