SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of food stuff, particularly to production of biologically active fodder additive out of secondary raw milk for young animals of livestock. The fodder additive consists of skim milk, dry lacto-serum after cheese production, albumin milk, roasted soy bean flour, fodder lysine, fodder methionine, animal fat, phosphatidic concentrate, mineral-vitamin mixture, concentrated milk rinse water off internal surfaces of process equipment thickened to weight share of dry substances 25-35% and 3% of acidophil culture with functions of synbiotics Lb. Acidophilus, strain 12b in form of bacterial preparation "Acista".

EFFECT: facilitating uptake of fodder by means of activation of gastrointestinal tract, improved carbohydrate metabolism, increased gain of live weight, increased safety and improved ecological state of animals and environment.
