FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of biologically active additives for farm livestock and poultry and may be used for production of feed additives activating all the organism systems of farm livestock and poultry. For production of the biologically active feed additive one prepares a seed material represented by a consortium of microorganisms of lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilum, Lactobacillus bulgaricum) and Saccharomyces lactis yeast taken at a ratio of 1:1:1 accordingly, the seed material is prepared using pasteurised skimmed milk at a ratio of the consortium to milk 1:4 accordingly with subsequent milk cultivation at a temperature of 28°C till acidity is 100-110°T. The seed material is mixed with vitamin C, cow clover decoction, pasteurised skimmed milk, dry cheese whey and water. Cultivation is performed under constant stirring conditions during 3-4 hours till the acid content is 75-80°T and pH is 4.5.
EFFECT: feed additive feeding allows to improve processes of digestion and fixation of nutritive substances which stimulate non-specific immunity of young farm livestock and poultry, to improve appetite, to increase gain in weight, to activate protection functions of the organism, to reduce morbidity and disease periods.
