SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for mixing, in particular to drum mixers of continuous action for mixing of fodder components and loose materials. Drum mixer comprises bed plate, drum installed on it with the possibility of rotation, comprising sections, and drive. Drum is arranged of at least one strip bent along straight lines arranged at the angle to edges of strip, with formation of parallelograms arranged on strip alternately in opposite directions. At the same time the strip is folded into cylindrical turns connected to each other along longitudinal edges with formation of unidirectional broken helical lines on outer surface, and broken helical pockets of multiangular shape on its inner surface. According to the second version in drum mixer the drum is arranged of at least one strip bent along straight lines arranged at the angles to edges of strip. At the same time the strip is folded into cylindrical turns with formation of helical lines along outer and inner surfaces, and also surfaces of curvilinear shape in the form of inner surface pockets of semicircular shape.

EFFECT: use of invention will make it possible to improve quality of components mixing.
