FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: vibration screen contains the screening surface, the drive, loading and unloading devices. The screening surface is installed elastically on a bed, it is fitted with the vibrator and it is implemented as hollow, square form, with the multipass screw punched surface along the internal perimeter and many-sided pockets in the form of various geometrical figures with four and more lateral faces and is formed by four hollow punched sections which are rigidly connected alternately to each other in the form of the hollow circular punched sector with four hollow rectilinear punched sections. Four punched sections are implemented in the form of the hollow circular punched sector, made of the punched strip, convolved into a ring with many-sided surface and with formation of quadrangles, different by sizes, with two parallel sides, located in parallel each other with formation of the punched subsections, connected with each other by the free sides mentioned quadrangles in the form of the hollow circular punched sector, executed with multipass screw punched surface, fitted with screw flutes in the circular punched sector at an angle to its axis in the form of polygonal pockets with various geometrical shapes with four and more lateral faces. The distance between straight lines of bend is equal to the length of each polygon element. Four hollow rectilinear punched sections are made from, at least, one punched strip bent along the straight lines arranged at an angle to edges of the punched strip with formation of parallelograms located on the punched strip alternately to the opposite sides. The punched strip is convolved into cylindrical turns joined to each other along longitudinal edges with formation along external surface of unidirectional broken screw lines, and on internal punched surface - of broken screw polygonal pockets, in the form of various geometrical figures with four and more lateral faces which by perimeter can differ not only by shape, but also by sizes. The distances between fold lines are mutually equal and equal to the sum of lengths of perimeters of geometric shapes of internal punched pocket surfaces.
