FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of drilling rock cutting tool includes installation in a casing pockets of cutting teeth with diamond-insert plates (DIP), its fixation in pockets and cutting teeth fixation against crank by pins, interacting to tail of cutting teeth and installed in through channels, connecting external surface of casing with internal. Pattern of proposed method if that end sites of pins for fixation of cutting teeth are reinforced by DIP, they are installed with ability of its interaction to walls of well and core sample and it is fixed in through channels of casing by means of bushings with connecting components at end sites. Additionally bushings are rigidly fixed in through channels of casing, and pins are implemented as consisting of two parts: well- and core-forming, each of which is connected to bushing after connection of the latter with casing, for instance by means of thread. It is proposed version of implementation of through channels in casing as stepped or peg-shaped, herewith the step of channel with major diametre is located from the side of external surface of casing.
EFFECT: method provides simplification of process of its manufacturing, increasing of fixation reliability and providing of required outfitting of graduating elements of rock cutting tool.
