FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rock-destroying drilling tool of the cutter type, mainly - with diamond curing structure, in particular - to its fabrication method. The method of a rock-destroying drilling tool involves installation in the housing sockets of chisels with diamond hardmetal plates (DHP), their attachment in the sockets and fixation of the chisels to prevent turning with pins counteracting with the shanks of the chisels and installed in the through channels connecting the inner and outer surfaces of the housing. A peculiarity of the proposed method consists in the following: the end pieces of the pins for the chisels fixation are reinforced with DHP and are mounted so that to enable contact with the well walls and the core and attached in the housing through channels with a rapid-hardening material that is introduced into the cavity formed by the matched circular groove or flat on the pin outer surface and the circular groove on the housing through channel inner surface with the rapid-hardening material introduced through a special channel in the housing.
EFFECT: simplification of the rock-destroying drilling tool fabrication technology, improved reliability of fixation and provision for the required armament of the calibrating elements.
