FIELD: oil-and-gas production.

SUBSTANCE: installation consists of wellhead and downhole parts. Downhole part contains downhole sucker-rod pump with casing and cylinder, bottom sucking and delivery valves, distributional clutch, allowing cone-shaped support, top sucking and delivery valves installed from the side. According to the invention wellhead part additionally provides separate outlet of liquid from two stratums and in downhole part distributional clutch connected to cylinder of downhole sucker-rod pump contains top sucking and delivery valves located from the opposite sides from axis one over other in the same plane. This provides reduction of distance between valves, forms space over plunger, providing receiving and discharge of liquid from the top stratum into flow column and into head equipment separately from liquid of bottom stratum. Plunger of sucker-rod pump is connected to hollow rod column by hollow polished rod with compression forming separate line for discharge of liquid from bottom stratum through shank end connected to packer into head equipment.

EFFECT: increasing of operation reliability and simplification of device structure, ensured by discrete measurement of production of each stratum and separate field gathering.
