FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method ensures stabilisation of static mode of emitter circuits of low-voltage transistor cascades (1) containing current-stabilising resistors (2) included between emitters of transistors included in the structure of transistor cascades (1) and output (3) of emitter electric power supply (4). Static voltages on current-stabilising resistors (2) are taken less than Ueb, and output voltage of emitter electric power supply (4) of relatively common bus varies with temperature increase as per the law which is the same to the law of changing the voltage emitter-base of transistors (Ueb), which are included in transistor cascades (1).
EFFECT: providing operability of digital and analogue devices at low-voltage power supply.
