SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing instant powders for flavoured coffee drinks. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, extraction of tangerine peel by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, girasol cutting, drying it in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, barley grain, chestnuts and soya frying, mixing of girasol, barley grains, chestnuts and soya in mass ratio of 7:7:2:4, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
