SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. The production method of instant powder of girasol-sunflower based flavoured coffee drink provides for preparation of recipe components, extraction of nutmeg blossoms by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of girasol-sunflower, its drying in microwave field till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of girasol-sunflower inside the bits till temperature 80-90°C during at least an hour and frying, grape seeds frying, mixing of girasol-sunflower and grape seeds in mass ratio 7:3, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce new flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
