SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. The proposed methods include the following operations. Vanilla or cocoa husks or coriander or cardamom or basil or cinnamon or lemon peel or orange peel or tangerine peel or clove or Chinese magnolia vine or almond flowers or peach refuses or green tea or red tea or black tea or allspice or nutmeg or nutmeg blossoms or anise or caraway or jeera or dill seeds or medang or fennel or fraxinella or thyme or ajowan caraway are extracted by liquid nitrogen and miscella is separated according to the specified technology. Dandelion roots are pre-processed according to the traditional technology. Prepared dandelion roots are cut and dried in microwave field at preset process parametres. Then dandelion roots and grape seeds are fried according to traditional technology. Fried dandelion roots and grape seeds are mixed in a weight ratio of 7:3. Obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. Then follows pressure reduction down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of mixture and subsequent cryo-grinding the produced mixture in medium of released nitrogen to produce target product.
EFFECT: inventions allow to produce flavoured coffee beverage according to nonwaste technology.
