FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: production method of flavoured girasol-sunflower beverage involves extracting almond blossoms by liquid nitrogen separating corresponding miscella, preparing and cutting girasol-sunflower, cutting it in the microwave field until the residual humidity content is about 20% with microwave field power. Also it involves heating girasol-sunflower to 80-90°C inside the bits for hour minimum and roasting and drying tangerine refuse in the microwave field until the residual humidity content is about 20% with microwave field power heating tangerine refuse to 80-90°C inside the mass for 1 hour minimum and drying it up by convective method until the residual humidity content is about 5%. Girasol-sunflower and tangerine refuse are mixed in the mass ratio 7:3. Obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: this results in production of new flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw materials according to nonwaste technology.
