FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for production of seamless hot-deformed boiler thick-walled pipes with size of 465x75 mm in pipe-rolling plants with Pilger mills for pipelines of heat coal blocks with supercritical steam parametres (T≥600°C and P=300 atm) and for live steam pipelines. Method includes melting of conversion pipe billets in the form of hollow bars made of steel with the following grade 10X9V2MFBR with size of 620x320int.x2000-3200 mm by method of electroslag remelting (ESR), heating of billets up to plasticity temperature, rolling cartridges at Pilger mills with Pilger heads withdrawal at spacer carbon rings, bottom parts of bars is removed by anode-mechanical cutting at the length of 100-110 mm, ground and chiseled into billets with size of 600x340int.x2000-3200 mm, at bottom ends of hollow billets cone is arranged at the length L=(0.4-0.5)*Db with end truncation he=(1.1-1.2)*Se, where Db is outer diametre of hollow billet, mm, Se is thickness of pipe wall, mm; he is end truncation of cone, mm, hollow billets are rolled in Pilger mill into pipes with cone ends forward with drawing µ=2.1-2.2 and reduction of inner diametre of 6-8%, dummy ingot at pipe length that equals Lb=(1.0-1.2)Lrollback is arranged by feeding of hollow billet to deformation site mb=(0.6-0.7)mest., and additional rolling of hollow billet back end - rolling of Pilger head at the length of hollow billet that equals Lt=(1.2-1.5)Db, is carried out by feeding of hollow billet into deformation site mt=(1.1-1.2)mest., where mest. - value of feed in established rolling process, mm; Lrollback=(1150-1200) - length of feeding device rollback track in rolling of pipes using rollers of 472 mm caliber and barrel diametre of 1045 mm; Db is outer diametre of hollow billet, mm, and pipe rolling in Pilger mills is carried out in drifts with conicity of 2-3 mm.

EFFECT: improved mechanical properties of pipe metal, durable strength of metal at T=600°C, reduction of metal consumption coefficient and cost of pipes.
