FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles, particularly to those with refrigerators and to method of damping vibrations in refrigerator. Proposed refrigerator is mounted on trailer front wall to maintain required temperature there inside. It consists of carcass comprising a section attached to trailer and front closing panel furnished with grid with holes for airflow to pass to condenser coil arranged behind the grid. Grid support frame is secured on to said carcass and made from elastic material to support the grid with its frame. Vertically oriented support elements are arranged at certain distance from trailer front wall to support front closing panel. Proposed method consists in that the refrigerator accommodates section attached to trailer with grid mounted in front of it and supported by aforesaid carcass. Said grid with airflow holes is made from relatively rigid material susceptible to cracking at vibration transmitted from carcass to grid. Support frame with grid fitted therein is made from elastic material that damps vibration. Said grid is secured to support frame which, in its turn, is secured to aforesaid carcass.
EFFECT: reduced vibration effects on vehicle refrigerator grid.
