FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport engineering and can be used to create cabs of a small-sized cargo vehicle. The vehicle cab contains a metal frame made of beams, including its front, side and rear parts forming together, namely, an upper base for the roof panel and a stepped lower base for the floor, interconnected by two rear base vertical pillars, two front base pillars with a fracture, each of which consists of lower vertical part below the fracture and upper inclined part above the fracture, and two side base vertical pillars. Along with the frame, there are floor panels made of translucent material, a roof, a front panel with a windshield and hood, and two solid-molded facing profiles, one for each side of the frame and panels made of translucent material for openings. The front pillars are rigidly interconnected at the point of its fracture by horizontal beam, which together with the vertical part of front pillars and front beam of the lower stage forms base of the hood, and together with front beam of the upper base an inclined part of the front pillars - the base under the windshield opening. The front panel and the roof panel are attached to frame by means of facing profiles, each of which is fixed to corresponding front posts and side beams of the upper base. The rear part of frame and doorways between side and front pillars are made open.
EFFECT: invention increases manufacturability of the cabin and reduces cost of its production, as well as improves cabin visibility and ergonomic qualities.
