FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: pump unit includes tubing string, hollow rod string, shank and pump with cylinder and plunger separating cylinder into oil section with inlet channel, suction and delivery valves connected to well space above the level of oil-water contact and with tubing string from above, and water section provided with separate suction and delivery valves connected to cylinder below plunger and to well space below level of oil-water contact via shank with siphon and to inlet channel which volume is designed lager than suction volume of water section of the pump and is enough for oil emergence in water during period of delivery of pump water section. Shank is connected to the cylinder via suction valve of water section by bypass channel through side wall, and outlet channel of oil section is connected to the bottom of cylinder via suction valve. Delivery valve of oil section is located in additional bypass channel connecting outlet of suction valve of oil section to tubing string. In the cylinder below plunger there is installed piston with possibility of restricted movement between outlet of bypass channel and suction valve of oil section.

EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of water wells due to possibility of adjustment of percentage ratio of operating efficiency of oil and water sections of pump.
