SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when designing highly reliable computer control systems designed for receiving information from subscribers, processing the received information and sending the resultant information to the subscriber. The control system has a multiplex exchange channel which enables exchange of information with external devices over a duplex information transmission line in accordance with GOST R 52070-2003.
EFFECT: possibility of majorisation of two-way signals and controlled diagnosis using input signals for operation with mismatch of the input and output signals during a different number of periods of the clock frequency of the system and on a different front of control signals and broadening of functionalities.
