SUBSTANCE: device comprises disk slot cutters with drive from power take-off shaft. Disks of slot cutters are arranged as carved and toothed. One cutting edge of each tooth in slot cutter disk is arranged as straight, and another edge - along parabola set by formula y²=2px. At the edge arranged in the form of parabola there are working elements fixed in the form of knives with cutting edge that consists of two parts. One part of cutting edge of knives is arranged as straight, and the other one is arranged along parabola y²=2px at the whole length of tooth. Straight cutting edge of knife is installed at the angle α=65…70° and is arranged with length of 60 mm. Device is equipped with jacket arranged with box-like shape, having width that is more than width of cut slot and length more than disks diametre.

EFFECT: such design will make it possible to reduce traction resistance and to improve quality of rotary para ploughing.
