FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: wheel chair contains seat and chassis. Two drive wheels, at least one controlled wheel and turning lifting device with seat are mounted on the chassis. The seat has back support, at least one feet rest, possibility to be adjusted by height and rests at both sides on parallel link mechanism. Parallel mechanism is formed by upper rigidly connected with seat longitudinal guide with front hinge point and rear hinge point; lower longitudinal guide with front hinge point and rear hinge point and two leads. Leads connect front hinge points and rear hinge points. To adjust seat height parallel mechanism can be moved using lifting device.

EFFECT: seat can be adjusted for height without deviations from its plane while preserving distance from feet rest to ground independently from seat height.
