FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: anti-gas filter consists of cylinder case with threaded neck for connection of filter to mask, of arranged successively downstream air anti-aerosol filter and of charge part, of elements of charge securing, and of bottom with input opening. The charge part is made in form of mono-block corresponding to a hollow cylinder, walls of which are made with granules of absorber, fixed by means of granules of thermo-plastic polymer between an upper and lower bases made out of thermo-plastic polymer. The lower base is solid, while the upper base is made as a ring internal diametre of which is equal to diametre of mono-block cavity. The anti-aerosol filter is straight-plated and is arranged in the bottom with the inlet opening, pressure tight fastened on the case of the anti-gas filter. A gas-permeable perforated element is installed between the anti-aerosol filter and charge; the element fixes the charge part and facilitates access of air to working surface of charge. Ratio of external diametre of the cylinder absorbing mono-block to internal diametre of the case of the anti-gas filter is 1:1.10-1.23, while ratio between weight of granules of absorber and thermo-plastic polymer in the mono-block is 1:0.10-0.25. Absorber contains mixture of active carbon, modified carbon dioxide or manganese oxide salts of alkali metals and active carbon modified with salts of copper, chromium and silver taken at ratio 1:0.75-2.
