FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: coating material based on fibers, intended to create bitumen roof material, having substantially isotropic or non-oriented structure, comprises glass fibers, organic fibers and binder, and is produced from aqueous suspension of cut glass fibers and cut organic fibers. Organic fibers are cut to the length of around 6-30 mm with average diametre of around 7-25 mcm for titre of around 0.5-2 dtex and have degree of shrinkage at 130°C less than or equal to 5%. Bitumen roof material is also described, which contains substrate, plastered, coated or impregnated with bitumen binder, in which above specified mat serves as the substrate.
EFFECT: increased rupture strength and stability of dimensions.
