FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: frame block comprises folding frame and box. Between external side and internal side of frame unit there is a ventilation channel, in which air flow limitation device is installed with surface limiter that rotates relative to bearing element fixed on frame. The latter is installed with the possibility of displacement between open and closed positions. Limiter is in open position, while speed of air flow in ventilation channel is below the limit value. Beginning of motion between open and closed positions happens due to difference of air speeds passing by both sides of limiter.
EFFECT: invention provides for ventilation without draught and at the same time proper air exchange between outer and inner sides.
