FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pipe accessories engineering, particularly to facilities for regulating consumption of fluid mediums and is designed for implementation at welded cases of controlled valves of heat carrier consumption. The thermo-regulator consists of the case including a ball-shaped medium part, of an inlet branch, of an outlet branch and of a threaded branch located at the opposite from an outlet branch end. A thermo-regulating valve is screwed into thread of the branch. The branches communicate with an internal cavity of the ball-shaped medium part. The inlet branch is made conical. The second threaded branch for a siphon is arranged on the case on lengthwise axis of the inlet branch. Working surface of bigger diametre for travel of a packing ring of the thermo-regulating valve and working surface of less diametre are made inside the output branch. Said surfaces are successively arranged from the middle part of the case and form a circular recess at the point of their adjoining. The packing ring of the thermo-regulating valve rests on this recess. The middle part of the case and the input branch are on one lengthwise axis of the case and form one whole stamped element made out of weld material. The output branch and threaded branches are cut in the middle part of the case and are connected to it by welding.

EFFECT: object of invention is upgraded reliability of thermo-regulator case operation and simplification of its design.
