FIELD: measurement technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement technique and my be used to monitor level of aggressive bulky and liquid materials of any viscosity and at high temperature and pressure. Device for measuring level of liquid contains source of fluctuations, resilient member connected with sensitive element, coupling amplifier, analyser and indicator. Here the source and sensor of fluctuations are made as piezoelectric cell mounted on resilient member. Additionally the device includes active oscillator working in periodical mode to which output piezoelectric cell being its frequency-setting element is connected, and pulse generator connected by its output to active oscillator.

EFFECT: reliable measuring level of aggressive liquid of any viscosity and bulky materials of any flow rate with high accuracy in leakproof containers with high temperature and positive pressure.
