FIELD: medicine, particularly treatment of chronic forms of periodontitis by electrophonophoresis in stomatology. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a successively- connected supply unit, ON unit (two inputs), automatic generator and working tool, DC source and a procedure monitoring and time setting unit. The working tool is constituted by a piezoceramic electroacoustic converter of packet-rod type wherein the piezoelement is electrically- insulated from metal parts of ultrasonic vibrating system while its point is connected to the output of the DC source. The procedure monitoring and time setting electronic unit comprises a successively-connected count-stop unit, time counter, time indicator and sound signalling unit with a clock-pulse generator at the input of the count-stop unit and with the procedure time setter at the inputs of this unit and time counter.
