FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and may be used in research of plastic lubricant mass transfer processes in operation of gear drives, in particular processes of plastic lubricating material regeneration on working surfaces of teeth. Device comprises body with fragment of gear ring arranged in the form of arched element, in which a pair of rectangular beams is fixed in cantilever-radial manner as imitators of actual teeth, beams are fixed hingedly, with the possibility of rotation in plane of element arch. At the same time one of beams is fixed directly in element, and another one - in slider that moves along element in guides arranged in this element, slider and both beams are equipped with fixators. Model is equipped with accessory to imitate process of lubricating layer regeneration on working surface of actual tooth arranged in the form of cantilever, one end of which is hingedly fixed in model body in geometric centre of element, with the possibility of rotation along element, and the second end is equipped with elastic plate, with the possibility of its contact with surfaces of imitated actual teeth imitated by beams of surfaces.
EFFECT: expansion of model functionality and simplification of its design.
